Business Operations Specialist

This is a senior role in our organization requiring an individual with exceptional organizational and planning skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to business stakeholders, ensuring the effective delivery of projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project requirements, undertake reviews and prepare proposals.
- Perform audit and quality assurance roles and conduct staff inductions.
- Assist with budget reviews, evaluation and report preparation, and support management activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- The incumbent must hold a current work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this level or equivalent.
- Some out-of-hours work and travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in our training program.
