Senior Production Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Production Coordinator to join our team.


About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and running the show schedule, ensuring timely delivery of all deadlines both internal and external. This includes overseeing the team of Coordinators to guarantee good organisation of dailies, rounds, and meetings.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling: Implement and run the show schedule by tracking workflow through departments to meet deadlines.
  • Team Management: Oversee the team of Coordinators to ensure good organisation of tasks.
  • Progress Reporting: Maintain an accurate summary of the project's progress based on previous day's artists work.
  • Schedule Management: Take responsibility for knowing the details of the schedule and advising the Coordinators accordingly.
  • Delivery Management: Oversee the execution of client deliveries for all temps and finals.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience with scheduling in Shotgun at Senior VFX Coordinator or Line Producer level.
  • Time/Project Management Skills: Highly organised with first-class time/project management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • VFX Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of live-action and CG based VFX workflows.
  • Technical Skills: A good knowledge of MS Office packages and basic Linux skills.
