Job Summary:

This key role supports the Chief Executive, handling their calendar and providing executive-level administrative assistance.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, with exceptional time management and communication skills. They will prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain high-quality records.

Responsibilities include preparing agendas, minutes, and papers for meetings, as well as liaising with stakeholders and coordinating team activities.

As a trusted professional, you will bring discretion, diplomacy, and a proactive mindset to everything you do.

Key qualities required include expertise in board meeting preparation, executive-level minute taking, and proven organisational abilities.

What You'll Do:
  1. Prioritise and manage the Chief Executive's schedule
  2. Triage communications and respond promptly
  3. Prepare agendas, papers, and minutes for Trust and sub-committee meetings
  4. Liaise with stakeholders, including the Minister's office
  5. Coordinate leadership team activities and events
  6. Maintain high-quality records and files
  7. Manage platforms like Diligent Boards and Microsoft Teams
  8. Provide general administration support
