Transforming Rail Infrastructure

This leadership position oversees the entire lifecycle of rail systems, from design to maintenance. As a key member of our project team, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement track and signalling construction methodologies to drive efficiency and safety.
- Provide technical expertise in rail design, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Manage the integration of rail systems with civil, structural, and third-party interfaces to achieve seamless operations.
- Lead resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate occupations, scheduling all works during designated possession periods.
- Conduct cost forecasting for rail works and manage relevant change requests.
- Maintain timely communication and coordination with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure adherence to standards and specifications, as well as manage change requirements effectively.
- You must be an experienced Rail Systems Specialist with a proven track record in developing and implementing high-quality solutions.
- You must hold a tertiary engineering qualification or similar.
- You must have extensive experience in rail construction and staging on major infrastructure projects.
- You must demonstrate a thorough understanding of rail safety standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
