The role of an Executive Coordinator is to provide high-level administrative support to a senior leader.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support:
- Manage the senior leader's schedule, appointments, and correspondence.

- Coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Operational Assistance:

- Help in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff as required.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with government bodies and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Leverage professional networks and associations to enhance business offerings.
- Coordinate communications and collaborations with industry experts and organizations.
- Financial and Compliance Management:
- Assist in financial reporting and validation processes.
- Support audits and ensure financial integrity.
- Oversee documentation and compliance for business operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with the industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Previous experience as an executive coordinator or in a similar role preferred.
- Experience in the industry is highly desirable.
