Sought after AP professional to lead a high-volume overseas team, treasury and dispute resolution for a top-ranking global logistics company. The successful candidate will oversee file management and reconciliations from high-volume vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the overseas AP team's work, focusing on daily automated supplier runs for COD invoices and local transactions.
  • Collaboration with senior AP officers to resolve complex disputes and escalations.
  • Contribution to treasury and FX tasks, including intercompany transactions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in full-function AP roles in high-volume environments (100+ invoices per week).
  • Senior AP Officer or Supervisor experience, with expertise in resolving merchant escalations and disputes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior exposure to treasury and FX tasks is beneficial.
