Job Description

Lead a High-Performing Team to Deliver Exceptional Member Outcomes

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Manager, Early Resolutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of professionals to manage non-complex related complaints in a fair, effective, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor operational activities to ensure adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the Service Delivery Leadership team to analyze complaints and identify recurring and systemic issues.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to deliver enhanced member services, greater efficiency, and reduced risk to the fund.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal colleagues and external third parties.
  • Drive a strong service-oriented culture with accompanying KPIs.
  • Ensure that 1:1 feedback, half-yearly performance reviews, and effective career development plans are in place for the team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in dispute resolution management within a leadership position.
  • Solid experience within the superannuation industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent technical and decision-making skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks.
