We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Leader to join our team at Rocky Bay. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

About the Role

The Service Delivery Leader will be responsible for leading the South of the River portfolio, which includes locations in Mosman Park, Cockburn, Rockingham, and Mandurah. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, their families/guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless service delivery experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing service plans that meet customer needs and expectations;
  • Maintaining waitlists across multiple locations to ensure services are responsive and effective;
  • Monitoring and analyzing data to inform service improvements and enhancements;
  • Leading a team of direct reports, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management as needed;
  • Sustaining a culture of service excellence and promoting a person-focused approach to care.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting;
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team;
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality services and outcomes for customers.
