About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Director to lead our South of the River portfolio at Rocky Bay.

This is a permanent full-time position covering Cockburn, Mosman Park & Peel Regions with an estimated annual salary of $87,489 - $91,351 + up to $18,550 in salary packaging and 17.5% leave loading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers, their families/guardians, and stakeholders to deliver seamless services.
  • Undertake suitability checks to ensure services are costed, planned, and delivered in line with customer plans.
  • Manage overall waitlists across team leader areas to ensure responsive services.
  • Monitor and act on data across the customer journey, including customer plan utilisation, entry, and exit from services.
  • Lead continuous improvement of service offerings based on trends, customer feedback, and data insights.
  • Lead, manage, and support direct reports through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Sustain a culture of service excellence within the team, ensuring adequate support and resources through active workforce planning.
  • Uphold and manage Rocky Bay's brand reputation, identifying and reporting potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to have meaningful conversations with stakeholders and customers to ascertain needs and service requirements.
  • Highly developed organisational skills to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a management role of more than 3 years.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to a person-focused culture and delivery of quality outcomes.
  • Experience in managing budgets and maintaining finance records.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office applications and Client Data Management systems.
