We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional services to our customers.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position covering the Cockburn, Mosman Park, and Peel regions. The successful candidate will have a salary ranging from $87,489 to $91,351, with additional benefits including salary packaging up to $18,550 and leave loading (17.5% payable on annual leave).

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with customers, their families/guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Undertake suitability checks to ensure services are costed, planned, and delivered according to customer plans.
  • Manage waitlists across team leader areas to provide responsive services.
  • Monitor and act on data throughout the customer journey, including plan utilisation, entry, and exits from services.
  • Lead continuous improvement of service offerings based on trends, customer feedback, and data insights.
Requirements
  • Able to have meaningful conversations with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and service requirements.
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to a person-focused culture and quality outcomes for customers.
  • Experience in managing budgets and maintaining financial records.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office applications and client data management systems.
