Job Title: Motor Claims Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Motor Claims Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of the insurance group, you will be responsible for effectively managing claims and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service - meet policy requirements while providing excellent customer experience
  • Work towards KPIs - deliver the best outcomes for customers
  • Answer Calls and Provide Support - respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Ensure Accurate Records of Claims - manage compliance and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders - communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding claims
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous Experience Managing Claims is Desirable but Not Mandatory
  • A Solid Understanding and Passion for the Insurance Industry
  • Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Clear Communication
  • Drive for Results and Outcome-Focused Approach
  • Ability to Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively
