**Retail Centre Management Role**

We are seeking an experienced Retail Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a shopping centre in North Brisbane. This role involves managing a retail asset, providing leadership as a senior member of the business and working closely with a Facility Manager and Asset Manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, managing all tenancy-related matters.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for owners on day-to-day operational activities.
  • Oversee rental arrears monitoring, lease renewals, and compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate and manage repairs, maintenance, and contractor works across the centre along with the FM.
  • Ensure risk, safety, and compliance standards are implemented and maintained.
  • Deliver a monthly operational report to the Asset Manager.
  • Coordinate marketing and community engagement activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property, tenants, and cleaning contractors to ensure standards are met.
  • Administer the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre efficiently.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years retail centre management experience within the industry.
  • Experience in retail property management, including finance and budgeting, operations, marketing, and leasing.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of all property management disciplines.
