Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing financial and management support for a retail property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis.
  • Conduct accruals analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide detailed commentary on actual income and expenditure, explaining significant variances from budget or forecast.
  • Complete and review financial reconciliations for approval.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit process as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in property or retail.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on performance outcomes.
