  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' daily needs.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families, providing a sense of comfort and security.
  • Transport our customers to appointments and social events, promoting their independence and mobility.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia, requiring specialized support and attention.

Requirements

  • You must be a compassionate and caring individual, committed to assisting our aged community.
  • You must hold a current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.
  • You must be able to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems and knowing when to seek support from your Manager.
  • You must be available to work at least three days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
