Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Launceston. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional needs.
- Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
- Transport customers to appointments and provide social support to promote independence and well-being.
- Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia.
