Lead Annuity Operations

The annuity new business engine requires a single point of accountability from application to delivery and funding. This role focuses on Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIAs) with life insurance cases as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning every case from submission through policy delivery and funding, especially rollovers and 1035 exchanges.
  • Eliminating NIGO by preparing and reviewing all paperwork (applications, disclosures, ACATs/rollovers).

Delivering clean apps, zero surprises, and fast funding is essential for this role. If you excel in owning the workflow end-to-end and being trusted most when stakes are high, this opportunity suits your skills.
