Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Annuity Business Lead to own and manage the annuity new business engine. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in annuity/life new business and possess a deep understanding of carrier quirks and requirements. They will be responsible for managing applications, disclosures, ACATs/rollovers, transfer forms, and other paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The successful candidate will also be fluent in e-apps (FireLight, iGO), licensing/contracting (SureLC), and CRMs (Redtail/Salesforce). They will work closely with advisors, clients, carriers, FMOs/IMOs to proactively communicate status, remove roadblocks, and accelerate time-to-issue.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Process-obsessed and calm under pressure
