**About the role**
As a Chief Financial Officer you will report into and partner with the GM. You will be responsible for all planning and action budgeting, cost management, financial organisational strategy. In addition, you will manage the team, ensure HR solutions support the evolving strategy, process lodgement of all statutory reporting, reviewing all processes, and procedures as well as proposing evidence based recommendations for managing systems.

**About you**
To be considered for this role you will have the following attributes:

- Analytically minded
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency with Cin7 inventory system (or similar) & Xero
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a mission driven environment
- Accounting/bookkeeping qualifications (Masters degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role (experience with a fashion label or manufacturing company preferred)
- Proven track record of managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting
- Ability to develop and re-engineer HR, tech, warehouse, logistics, and financial policies and procedures
