- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving business objectives
- Develop strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Process memberships, accounts, and changes to client records efficiently
- Conduct appointments to discuss client needs and offer relevant products/services
- Build referral networks through excellent customer service
- Cross-sell products/services through needs-based conversations
- Maintain knowledge of our products and services to deliver expert advice
- Achieve individual and department targets by working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
- Proven experience in retail banking and lending, particularly in sales and cash handling
- RG146 Tier 2 certification or willingness to complete in-house training
- Knowledge of financial services regulatory framework and compliance standards
- Customer-centric attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Passion for career growth, teamwork, continuous improvement, and initiative
- Comprehensive training and development opportunities

- Rotating roster between 8:30am and 5pm
