Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth conversations with customers to understand their overall banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice.
  • Perform Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Educate and demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers.
  • Problem-solve and provide effective solutions while upholding our risk-adverse culture.

Requirements

We're looking for experienced professionals who can deliver exceptional customer service, preferably in financial services, retail, or hospitality. You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to articulate financial terms clearly, and the capacity to ask questions, find solutions, and act with integrity.
