Expert Banking Lawyer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced banking lawyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing expert legal support to clients in the banking and financial services sector.


About This Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior banking lawyer to take on a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.


Responsibilities
  • Providing expert legal advice on banking and finance matters;
  • Assisting with the design and delivery of training sessions for colleagues and clients;
  • Drafting and maintaining precedents and other documents;
  • Ensuring style guide compliance and championing best practices across the team;
  • Working cross-functionally to develop workflows and precedent suites for automation platforms;
  • Conducting file audits and providing regular updates to the team;
  • Preparing and delivering legal educational training sessions;
  • Maintaining awareness of legislative and case law changes;

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses the following qualities:

  • At least four years of post-admission experience;
  • Current or recent banking or financial services drafting experience;
  • Excellent document drafting skills and high attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to project manage and prioritize tasks;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to work effectively cross-functionally;
  • Eagerness to learn and test new solutions;
