About the Role
As a Hearing Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing product information, answering enquiries, and offering personalized solutions to customers via phone, email, and in-clinic interactions;
- Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists;
- Assisting customers in navigating our cutting-edge hearing devices and accessories;
- Ensuring seamless customer experiences by resolving concerns and providing a lasting positive impression;
- Local marketing engagement to promote your clinic;
- Minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
Your Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need to bring:
- Prior experience delivering high-quality customer service in a retail or allied health environment;
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in CRM, phone, and appointment book management systems;
- A proven track record in managing competing priorities within a busy environment;
- High attention to detail, solid administration background, and strong team-player attitude;
- A positive and team-orientated attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
