As a Hearing Care Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our customer experience, engaging with customers to provide personalized solutions and exceptional service.
What You'll Do:
- Provide product information and answer customer enquiries over the phone, email, and in-clinic
- Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists
- Assist customers in navigating our range of cutting-edge hearing devices and accessories
- Resolve concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in local marketing engagement to promote your clinic
- Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided)
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience delivering high-quality customer service in a retail or allied health environment
- Strong computer literacy skills and ability to adapt to multiple programs
- A proven track record in managing competing priorities within a busy environment
- High attention to detail and solid administration background
- A positive and team-orientated attitude with the ability to work autonomously
