Job Description: Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at our West Perth hotel. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality service and ensuring seamless operations in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the F&B department, including coordinating staff and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist the Venue Manager in leading a high-performing team and implementing effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare beverages and food items to a high standard, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader in a similar F&B role or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • A strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance, with a proven track record of adhering to responsible service of alcohol protocols.
  • Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
