About the Role

We are seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team as part of Marriott International's Select portfolio. As a community of approachable and straightforward talent, we offer simplified, yet exceptional experiences to independent travelers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise restaurant service periods, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Provide friendly, genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere for every traveler.
  • Understand traveler requirements and deliver service excellence, exceeding expectations and ensuring a memorable stay.
  • Assist with bar operational tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Be an approachable and confident Supervisor, providing comfort and support to our waitstaff while fostering a positive team environment.
  • Evaluate outlet stock levels and cleanliness, taking proactive measures to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travelers, driving future bookings and loyalty.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities that enhance associate engagement and sense of belonging within the Four Points team.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current RSA certification.
  • Relevant experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • A passion for escalating your career in the hospitality industry.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to think creatively and develop smart solutions.
