Transforming Lives through Education Support

The role of an Education Support team member is central to student growth and development. You will work closely with a dedicated team and Key Teacher to create engaging learning experiences tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
This position requires patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to building trust and guiding students toward success. As an Education Support team member, you will help students stay focused and regulated when they face challenges in the classroom.
To succeed in this role, you will need relevant work experience, a minimum Diploma Qualification, Certificate IV in Education Support or Special Needs, or equivalent. You must also have a knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, as well as awareness of current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting students one-on-one, in small groups, and within the classroom environment.
- Helping students stay focused and regulated when they face challenges in the classroom.
- Building trust and guiding students toward success through patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.
We offer individualised learning programs for each student, and our staff-to-student ratio is 1:4. This allows for a personal and supportive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of our students.
