We are seeking a caring and passionate educator with a strong understanding of, and commitment to, Christian education.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in working with disengaged youth, neurodivergent students, and those experiencing mental health challenges.
- Proven ability to engage and support students with complex needs
- Experience in teaching Mathematics will be highly advantageous
- Recent trauma-informed teaching experience with disengaged secondary students is highly regarded
- A relevant post-graduate qualification in education, special education, or mental health would be considered favourably
The Waymaker Program provides high-quality education for students who cannot attend normal school due to anxiety, depression or PTSD. Our differentiated learning program is designed to cater to the unique needs and routines of these students.
