Child Family Therapist Position

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to provide supportive and affirming therapeutic spaces for children and families.

As a Therapeutic Support Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualised support to children and families through evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
- Working collaboratively with the team to create meaningful and respectful support for every family.
- Participating in regular supervision and mentoring to ensure you feel supported and confident in your practice.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and new technologies.

Key requirements for this role include:
- Full registration as a Counsellor with a recognised professional association (e.g. ACA, PACFA).
- Paid Working With Children Check (NSW).
- Current NSW Police Check.
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
- Knowledge of paediatric assessment tools and confidence in administering them.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
