Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively service brokers to increase agri loan portfolios in your region.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with aggregator partners and accredited brokers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions for brokers and customers.
Requirements
  1. Detailed knowledge of the rural/agricultural lending market, with a solid understanding of broker mindsets.
  2. Proactive approach to business development, including high personal and professional resilience.
  3. Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
  4. Financial analysis skills and understanding of agri credit.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  6. Solution-based mindset to achieve outcomes with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
