About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Sales Development Manager to join our team in Ballarat, Australia.

This is a critical role that will play a pivotal part in promoting Brandt's product support solutions and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and margin growth.
  • Educate and mentor Customer Support Advisors (CSAs) on promoting Brandt's product support initiatives.
  • Manage CSA processes, including call reporting and target setting.
  • Assist CSAs with key customer calls and accounts.
  • Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly.
  • Analyze regional coverage and engage with larger accounts to promote offerings.
  • Provide insights on industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence on competition and customer trends.
  • Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for improvement.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in sales management, strong expertise in the heavy equipment industry, and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

You will also need to be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects under time pressure, and have a competitive drive.
