Customer Experience Officer

Celotti Workforce is seeking a proactive and community-focused Customer Experience Officer for our client based in Darwin, NT.

This is a 3-month contract opportunity to work with a Government Organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members of the community via various communication channels.
  • Evaluate customer needs and determine the best course of action to resolve issues.
  • Offer an enhanced customer satisfaction through consistent responsive and efficient handling of enquiries, requests, actions, and complaints.
  • Proactively request follow-up enquiries on customers' behalf from appropriate departments and maintain timely communication.
  • Project a professional and positive image through effective communication with the community.
  • Ensure all visitors to site follow appropriate induction procedures and are compliant with safety management plans.
  • Perform open and close of business procedures.
  • Process payments for services and products.
  • Perform daily reconciliation processes and maintain relevant reporting.
  • Perform routine stocktakes and submit replenishment orders for office needs.
  • Assist with provision of staff training in Customer Service tasks to colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with people of all different ages and backgrounds.
  • Utilisation of professional, articulate, and appropriate language when responding to enquiries.
  • Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and demonstrated ability to learn new software through on-the-job training.
  • An enthusiastic attitude towards new technology and processes, with the ability to quickly learn and a willingness to teach others and information share.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
  • Willingness to undertake training and professional development.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise initiative in the application of established work procedures.
