Client Service Liaison

About the RoleThe key responsibilities of this role involve collaborating with our Residential and Family Law valuation teams, communicating with clients, and securing successful appointments. The ideal candidate would thrive in a small team environment, working in an energetic role, and proactively seeking efficiencies within all aspects of the department. You will be the primary point of contact for your allocated Valuers, assisting them by booking appointments and arranging them in a way that benefits both the Valuer and the client. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining key client relationships, completing quotes within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and managing portfolio valuation work. You will receive comprehensive training in the role, working in a supportive team and office environment.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous customer service experience, although not essential.
- A friendly, helpful, and courteous phone manner.
- Efficient appointment coordination skills on behalf of our team of valuers.
- The ability to manage stress under pressure.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- A working knowledge of locations across Brisbane.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
