Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to ensure their new home build is progressing smoothly
- Collate and distribute contracts, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Record all correspondence in CRM platforms, maintaining accurate records
- Assist Building Supervisors with building matters and client feedback, providing exceptional customer service
- Ensure company procedures are adhered to, maintaining compliance and quality standards
- Provide regular reporting to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
About you:
- You possess strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ideally, you have 2 years of experience in an Administration/Customer Service role, preferably in the residential building industry
- You have exposure to building contracts and can read and explain them accurately, ensuring client understanding
- You have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in key applications
- You are committed to providing a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
