Job Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality customer service and on-site support to a leading organisation in the Bowen Basin region.

  • Promote and adhere to all safety requirements on site and within the workplace, ensuring a secure work environment for everyone.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across Maintenance, Production, and Engineering departments.
  • Promote consistency by being a centralized point of contact, facilitating efficient communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain and enhance customer fleet performance through ownership of reliability processes, defect elimination strategies, and implementation of systems and training.
  • Create, implement, and execute sales and account growth strategies to drive business expansion.
  • Maintain and increase market share of parts and services, providing exceptional customer value.
  • Communicate and manage challenges affecting fleet performance and satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage, document, and resolve customer issues and inquiries, delivering excellent customer service.
About You
  • You are Trade Qualified with experience in customer management within the mining industry.
  • Previous experience in mining, mining services, or heavy earthmoving industries would be beneficial.
  • A strong commitment to Safety and continuous Improvement is essential.
  • You have a proactive approach to sourcing solutions and a positive attitude towards developing the business through team collaboration.
