Job Opportunity: Mine Site Cleaner

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Mine Site Cleaner in Mackay, AU.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a dynamic work environment.

As an essential member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for cleaning communal buildings and facilities, waste removal, basic grounds keeping, and other tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Clean all communal buildings and facilities on the mine sites
  • Remove waste and maintain basic grounds
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in Mine Site Cleaning or a relevant role
  • Australian Driver's License (Class C)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
  • Current Coal Board Medical & S11
  • National Police Check
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia
