About the Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer Assessor for a full-time permanent position at our Moranbah site, located around 2 hours southwest of Mackay, QLD.
This position operates on a 7/7 rotating roster, providing strong work-life balance while delivering consistent training support to operations. FIFO/DIDO options and salary packaging are available to suit a variety of personal circumstances.
The role will begin with a 6-month probationary period, with permanent employment confirmed following successful completion.
Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering engaging and compliant training sessions across multiple sites
• Conducting assessments and maintaining accurate, up-to-date training documentation
• Supporting continuous improvement in safety and operational performance
• Developing workforce capability through structured training and mentoring
About You
To be successful in this role, you must hold:
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Standard 11 (Surface and Underground)
• A valid "C" Class Queensland driver's licence
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Underground Coal Mining
