Are you looking to take your real estate career to the next level? Our organization is seeking a skilled Residential Property Manager to join our team

This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced property professionals to manage a local portfolio, work from home and enjoy a competitive remuneration package. While Mandarin speaking skills are advantageous, they are not required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, a strong understanding of residential property law, and excellent communication skills. They will be highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
  • Proven track record working in property management
  • Mandarin speaking skills (advantageous but not required)
  • Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
  • Desire to grow and progress in a friendly and inclusive team
  • Car and driver's licence
