This role involves supporting the strategic direction of our organization by identifying and implementing relevant learning needs across the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating in-house learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in HR, OD, or a related field.

  • Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on conceptualizing initiatives.
