This role involves supporting the strategic direction of our organization by identifying and implementing relevant learning needs across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing learning and development strategies to drive business growth.
- Facilitating in-house learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Crafting engaging e-learning materials that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Monitoring development plans to ensure they align with business objectives.
- Ensuring effective embedding of training programs to reinforce learning retention.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in HR, OD, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of contemporary L&D and OD practices.
- Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on conceptualizing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse groups.
