Job Description

Drive the Learning and Development strategy across a leading footwear group.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Capability and oversee the personal and professional development of our Head Office and Distribution Centre teams. You will partner closely with senior leadership to deliver transformative learning solutions tailored to a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement L&D strategies and practices to ensure the organization has the right resources and capability to achieve its objectives
  • Design and deliver blended end-to-end learning solutions in face-to-face and virtual environments using software tools and platforms
  • Manage multiple and complex projects, including organisational design, training calendar, content creation, and employee onboarding
  • Evaluate and uplift our professional development offering to meet the needs of a growing organisation
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience as an L&D Partner with multiple stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in project management, gap analysis, budgeting, and managing outcomes
  • Strong critical and strategic thinking skills
  • Designing and delivering blended learning solutions in various formats and environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant qualifications in training, psychology, human resources, business, or a related field
