The Learning and Development Engagement Officer plays a pivotal role in the Workforce Learning and Development Team.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively engaging with clients to understand their workforce learning and development requirements
- Preparing proposals and funding submissions
- SUPPORTING innovation programs and initiatives
- Actively supporting strategic programs and projects
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong sales and marketing experience
- A deep understanding of sector needs, priorities, and emerging trends
- The ability to identify and nurture business development opportunities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
