Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Description

As a Learning Development Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and embedding the Capability Framework across the organization. This includes utilizing integrated tools for assessment, development planning, and learning programming.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement a Learning and Development Plan that is strategically linked to the Capability Framework and organizational requirements.
  • Develop and implement organizational curriculum, programs, and initiatives that ensure capability development and create sustained behavior change.
  • Design and deliver a corporate Induction program informed by the Capability Framework, Council Plan, and key strategies and policies.
  • Develop and implement OD and/or learning and development programs and initiatives in a complex service organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Project management skills, leadership, influencing, mentoring, and coaching skills are essential for this role. Additionally, knowledge of Learning Management and ePerformance Systems, as well as eLearning tools, is required.
