Job Title

A key role in customer service with a successful homes builder.

  • Manage relations and communications regarding progress and delivery of the home building agreement.
  • Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete pre-planning inspection forms and submit permits.
  • Negotiate and manage approval applications.
  • Maintain databases and record progress on applications.
  • Participate in consultative meetings to walk through final construction contracts and plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in residential construction in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of permits and approvals.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong English skills, written and verbal.
