About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver our growing portfolio of residential construction projects.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of residential construction projects, including managing smart homes, duplexes, renovations, and outdoor structures. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive operational efficiency, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

  • Lead the end-to-end planning of residential construction projects by setting clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans to determine the most effective and compliant construction methodologies tailored to each project's scope and complexity.
  • Manage the allocation and utilisation of labour, subcontractors, plant, materials, and equipment across multiple concurrent residential and outdoor construction sites, ensuring optimal workflow and productivity.
  • Liaise regularly with clients, architects, certifiers, engineers, contract administrators, and other key personnel to maintain alignment across all project phases and to promptly address design or site-related issues.
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to Australian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

  2. Manage and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate communication among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  5. Maintain a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organisation.
