We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to join our Royal Park team. This role will involve managing the front desk reception, liaising with patients, supporting doctors and medical staff, as well as general administration duties.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer service including welcoming patients into the Centre, collecting and entering patient details, answering telephone calls and enquiries, scheduling appointments when required, and Reception duties
  • Ad hoc administrative duties and supporting the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Opening and closing the Medical Centre
  • Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
  • Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous team leadership experience within a customer service role
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Pracsoft/MedTech advantageous
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Detail orientated
  • Initiative, ambition and ownership
  • High standard of presentation
