Client Care Representative | Clinical Administration

About the role:

This exciting opportunity is for an exceptional customer service professional to join our team in Frankston, VIC. As a Client Care Representative, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding patient experiences and supporting our clinicians in managing day-to-day clinic operations.

Your key responsibilities will include welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, and efficiently managing clinic operations. You will also have the opportunity to learn about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and active listening skills, resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy. You should be able to work autonomously and effectively within a team, with a focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service/admin and a genuine passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
