
Professional Customer Service Representative

Are you a customer service professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide high-quality first point of contact customer service to our participants and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to apply conflict resolution skills to diffuse situations. They will also have demonstrated strong administrative skills including word processing, data entry and filing.
This role involves providing professional support and service to all customers, managing the front desk of a high-flow reception area, supporting staff with administration duties, answering phone calls and directing traffic to appropriate services.

We are looking for someone who is motivated and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service and engagement to assist those in the community with various barriers to employment to find suitable work.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated strong administrative skills including word processing, data entry and filing
- Proven ability to accurately record and retrieve information using a database system
- Exhibited strong customer service skills, including telephone manner
