We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive the performance of our market leading portfolio of brands. As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for setting the direction for the Shelf Vegetables category, creating a clear 3-year plan and innovation pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and brand equity
  • Lead new product & packaging innovation projects, delivering key projects on time and within budget
  • Manage over 80+ products in the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Analyse market data and report on sales performance, identifying gaps for improvement
  • Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities, leveraging industry trends and insights
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of communication plans, including ATL creative, media, digital, and TTL activity
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal sales teams to execute in-store and online activations
  • Facilitate the roll-out of Masterbrand packaging change, ensuring seamless execution
  • Actively contribute to Edgell brand plans, driving business results and growth
  • Manage category A&P and deliver within allocated resources
