Product Portfolio Manager

As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing a finished goods portfolio. This is a full-time permanent position located in Melbourne and reporting directly to the Team Leader of Inventory & Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate national inventory planning activities for your allocated product portfolio
- Maintain Master Data related to products and suppliers
- Analyze portfolio performance, variance forecasts, and inventory stock targets
- Manage inventory, slow-moving stock, quarantined items, and obsolete stock
- Prepare shipping plans and forward purchase orders
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product and supplier data
- Provide assistance and support to key stakeholders as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in end-to-end Inventory Analyst roles where you have planned, forecasted, and purchased
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple and diverse tasks
- The ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound knowledge and experience of international shipping and inventory management
- A highly analytical mindset with a result-oriented focus
- Strong skills in MS Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Qualifications in Supply Chain/Logistics and/or business-related discipline preferred
