- Guide the creative and strategic direction of the client's business and brand, having a point of view and articulating it effectively.
- Contribute, support, and evaluate creative work, driving and enhancing the level of craft produced.
- Collaborate with the executive team on new business prospects and opportunities.
- Foster the growth and development of junior team members.
- 5+ years' experience in Account Management, preferably within an advertising communications agency environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management techniques, with prior knowledge and experience guiding senior stakeholders.
- Confident and influential, with a strong strategic and creative point of view.
- Superb organizational techniques, with a preference for working in a tight-knit, highly engaged team.
