We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our NDIS expansion. As a General Manager, you'll drive strategic growth across our disability services, focusing on Supported Independent Living (SIL).

This pivotal role demands a strong grasp of the NDIS and SIL sectors, with a proven track record in management and business development aligned with compliance standards.

You'll lead a skilled team, fostering innovation and excellence while ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a skilled NDIS team, emphasizing SIL service enhancement.
  • Expand national reach through partnerships and business development.
  • Drive organizational growth strategy, aligning with our mission.
  • Enhance relationships with stakeholders, including clients, coordinators, and community groups.

About You:

- Proven experience in disability services or related fields.

- Strong understanding of the NDIS and SIL sectors.

- Leadership skills to guide diverse teams.

- Business development acumen to expand client and service base.

- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

**Requirements:**

- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.

- Working with Children Check - Employee.

- First Aid and CPR certification.

- Current Police Check.

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

- COVID-19 Training Module.

- Proof of qualifications.
